What Are CCJ And Related Issues
The system of County Court Judgements, commonly referred to as CCJs, is a distinctive feature of the English and Welsh legal systems. Basically, these judgements are decisions taken by the various County Courts in regard to monetary claims. The sum involved in these cases would generally be determined upon the agreement of the creditor and the debtor, but in cases where no consensus is reached it would be up to the discretion of the court to establish a sum.
